When will my good(s) be dispatched?
Our aim is to dispatch orders placed before 2pm, on the same working day and at worst the next working day of receiving the order. Please note we do not dispatch goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
How do I know if the item I want is available?
Availability of our products is shown on the website. If an item is in stock this will be shown when you select your product as "in stock - normally dispatched within 24 hours". If there is an item that is showing as not being 'in stock' please email us and we can tell you if we can get it to order for you, this process can take up to 5 working days, but normally only takes a few days.
What if only part of the order is in stock?
If only part of the order is in stock we will dispatch what is in stock now and the rest of the order when it arrives. You will only be charged once for postage. We will charge for the full amount of the order when the first item is dispatched.
Are bikes supplied assembled or boxed?
All BMX bikes supplied mailorder are boxed. This generally means that the bikes are about 80% pre-assembled. We can fully assemble bikes for in store collections for a £10 service charge.
Which couriers do you use?
Small items are sent by First Class Post, larger items and complete bikes are sent by ANC 24 hour. Therefore, most items should be delivered next day. However, as with all couriers, delays may occur.
What will the postage charge be?
Most orders posted within the UK are charged at £6.00 & £10.00 for bikes or very large or heavy items(Orders to the Highlands of Scotland and offshore may cost more).
Do your prices include VAT?
All of our prices include VAT at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.
Can I Return my items(s)?
If you wish to return an item we ask that your contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will ONLY accept returns if the item is unused and packed correctly in their original packaging. Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods. There may be a re-stocking fee for returned items.
My goods are faulty, what shall I do?
Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund, replacement or repair will be offered depending on each individual case. Unfortunatley, postage costs can not be covered.
